Accessing our service during COVID-19
We are pleased to inform you that our services are still accessible to you during COVID-19, we are currently operating virtually rather than face to face.
Please be advised with current COVID-19 restrictions our appointments will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. You can access Microsoft Teams by using your student account, you can access Teams from this link here – Microsoft Teams

How do our appointments work?
Appointments are bookable up to three weeks in advance and availability opens up by the minute; for example, if you want to book an appointment at 2pm in 3 weeks' time the appointment will become bookable at 2pm on the day you are making your booking.
Please keep checking the online booking system to find out if an appointment is available; appointments open up daily due to service availability and changes.

How do I book an appointment?
Please click the 'Book by Category' tab at the top of the page to find the relevant appointment that you require.
To avoid cancellation:
If you are a CU Coventry Student please only select “CUCov” categories, if you are a Coventry University student please do not select “CUCov” categories.
